The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.

Departure procedure:

Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1 hour before flight departure), go to the VIP lounge on their own and contact check-in counter.
The VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.
Next, the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.
After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate.

Arrival procedure:

Upon exiting the ramp (or in the transit area), the passenger is met by a VIP lounge employee holding a “VIP” sign. The passenger must independently approach the employee, introduce himself and hand over the luggage tags if he has checked luggage.
The luggage will be received by the employee and delivered to the VIP lounge.
The passenger is escorted to the VIP lounge, where, while waiting for baggage collection, he can take advantage of a range of additional services.
