VIP Lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of the following services:

Dedicated check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting within the VIP area.
Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.
Wi-Fi and digital TV.
A selection of soft drinks and confectionery products.
Telephone notification in case of flight delays.

Please note that the service includes short-term parking (no more than 20 minutes) in the forecourt area. Additional time is charged according to the airport's tariffs.

Departure procedure:

Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and proceed independently to the check-in counter in the VIP Lounge.
Pre-flight security screening, passenger check-in, and baggage handling are carried out directly in the VIP Lounge with the assistance of a staff member.
While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may take advantage of the additional services offered by the VIP Lounge.
After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to proceed to the VIP Lounge exit.
Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted accompanied by a staff member; separate transport is provided to the aircraft parking position. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

After the aircraft landing is announced, the passenger must proceed independently to the VIP Lounge agent, who will be waiting at the aircraft steps with a VIP sign (unless a name sign has been ordered), and identify themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.
Passengers collect their baggage independently in the general arrival hall.
If necessary, passengers may wait for their meeting party in the VIP Lounge, where they can take advantage of additional services.
