By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

Departure procedure:

Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (no later than 1 .5 hours before departure for international flights or 1 hour for domestic flights). 30 minutes before arrival, you must call the VIP lounge staff to get to the VIP parking by phone: +7 (495) 228-96-06.
VIP lounge staff and The porter will meet the passenger in the parking lot or at the entrance to the terminal and take him to the VIP lounge to undergo pre-flight procedures.
After this, the passenger is located in the comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services while waiting to board a flight.
Before departure, a VIP lounge employee escorts the passenger to the boarding gate. If a passenger departs on an international flight, he undergoes passport control and customs inspection along a separate corridor, accompanied by a VIP lounge employee, without waiting in line.
In the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be taken to boarding bridge on a separate comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

When leaving the boarding bridge in the terminal the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself. If the aircraft is parked remotely, the passenger will be waited at the ramp and taken to the terminal in comfortable transport.
If the passenger arrived on an international flight, an employee will help you go through passport control and customs inspection in the general hall at a separate corridor, after which he leads the passenger to the VIP lounge.
If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.
